In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
3 @1 u+ U/ Q8 t6 D. _8 iAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
9 l6 V* o6 D5 J/ k" FEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
' a$ A: E3 P% q! a. k: @2 U• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
- @; k* T% P6 B6 Z! [5 ]; a* Z' Z6 k- Z1 SExperience:
: M1 l/ s5 T- n" C
( t  g/ V0 |* B. ?6 c) [: qDemonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
Public speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
