In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
7 {. ?& r# L  z( yAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
Achieve and maintain accreditation standards
& }, D) _- T$ v9 J* EEngage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.

, R. p: W7 a6 h5 s5 V$ MA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
  |3 c- H* Y8 R• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline
8 B# ~( F1 O! gExperience:
( h' Y$ m" g2 a" ?! f
. [/ W  j* `( U4 {6 T8 p( ~Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
: F- _# a+ }; `, U! n- ~3 PPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
* M' \$ w8 \+ p' m7 }Senior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.

0 a7 c  F, z6 rCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
Maintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
, n) v7 p% Q3 i; g$ Q% ~) wCenter objectives.

Security Clearance :

Must have clear criminal record
