Supervisory Experience: Food service counter attendants and food preparers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control
& d# z' V* Q3 j+ U1 ^; c/ cAdditional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory
