The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
7 ?. B; w, h8 I9 m0 M$ t• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
3 ^+ P1 _* Z$ q2 M* E: I• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
' X: j' s# ]9 P) q+ D# H• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
! B6 }. }! E2 t; q• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

! {) \* a/ S2 @* N5 j8 rThese additional qualifications would be an asset:
' v! W% @9 r( L/ j/ \, W• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
. `8 P& c  m1 m5 |) X& l( Y; s# [" k• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
8 N! P4 M. D9 }4 ~! a: J• Experience with interfacing with hardware
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience porting legacy applications to .NET

6 g" ^2 n& e  U$ c( @• Industrial experience in a lab or plant environment
• Strong verbal and written skills in a language other than English, preferably Spanish or French
