As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsibilities for:
5 C$ o# l; W2 e$ c• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
5 j1 `5 w. |( r0 m• showing the new house and company property;
- b- h! \% U. M1 I• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
* C* F1 E- I  E  u. o, J• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
) i- y. P7 Q7 r1 L- j8 z* a• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience

- Fast and accurate data entry skills
