• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
• showing the new house and company property;
• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
* `& H4 @3 a# X4 _0 C+ {0 D6 Q% [* e• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;

• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

# _+ v; T1 [1 s9 f' ~4 w4 ]- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
! s% }( f1 A8 ^' ?& [* d- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
% a& G7 c8 t) S+ ]! W- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
