• Answering the phones, call city and inspector, city planner;
. g' ?$ s& [6 |• showing the new house and company property;
, O1 O& o8 i8 w6 N. W  |1 E8 c• Organizing mail;
• Creating purchase orders/data entry of work orders and tenant information;
  b$ a0 u$ K  e5 F( {) K7 Z• Organizing files and documents related to contract and leases;
• Other duties as required;
• Flexible work time, at least 0.6 work load;
• Familiar with construction and rental industrial.

Ideal start date: Oct 01, 2017

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of administrative support experience
5 T1 I4 E! s- C5 F1 z% Z! K- Excellent verbal communication in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, quickbook)
) d5 Y& @( W5 l; O+ G6 v  Q. r8 I- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
