EDMONTON -- A 32-year-old Edmonton woman charged in the death of a foster boy has made a brief court appearance, but the case was put over to March 5.

The woman's new lawyer, Robbie Davidson, said he couldn't go ahead without receiving more information from the Crown.% y9 q' F- l1 x+ q& U( c
8 M1 D$ b# s2 Y" eDavidson said outside court it is not unusual for information such as autopsy results to be delayed, especially in what he called "a complex case."6 V. R/ {' ?% n1 b W
