Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
5 l2 `' ~$ e7 t. a"I am going to send it back". 8 O# A+ r& M) t; B8 T5 r1 ~" Q
I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:- X. H' k$ d/ ]
"I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
) T l) j$ q* NHe said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage." 3 W/ w, ^; k. y" R+ g
"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?" 6 s, d6 q" L" a# L" t0 C
"Yes, I did."( v: s; E, j8 C
Finally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post. ! X, Z: C7 ~ I+ f& n& `$ ]
He took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.

"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
$ c' [- Q- y0 C7 l8 W8 FHe took out his wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.

"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"

"I do not have an address."

He did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
! V0 Z+ W/ V$ N9 dMy heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it. $ [: t8 Q/ d9 K7 c
He did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.
