I saw God's image in a homeless man.

Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
* N, F0 _5 [: V* U7 a7 E"I am going to send it back".
7 A% ]/ }9 t+ V: H! ~I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
1 v6 ^; r* J' E$ A2 M- \- I "I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
He said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage."
- m( Z5 _- v5 r9 d* Q* E"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
"Yes, I did."
4 B+ o$ O- n0 |# W3 @6 [. YFinally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
! r" N0 `' `% w7 ~- I' m$ OHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.
4 ~' K9 s7 U' K2 o# y$ T"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
: Z: c* ~& b% Y; H& lHe took out his  wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.
/ \0 g8 b' F8 W6 K, ]  O" eI gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:
) }1 z) R6 C" h$ i! @- @2 ]1 v) S"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"
$ e, ^9 |+ J' h% b"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:
9 c1 T, ]! z; {, e$ d, A"I do not have an address."
  k0 e6 y) k7 N& n5 Z2 uI was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"
He did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
My heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it.
He did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.

if you'd like care about those homeless who sleep at LRT station, you may visit those homeless my wife and provide some food to them. I once met some homeless at downtown LRT station in winter morning 7:00 am, those people are very pitiful, they need some food.
