Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
% j" o0 k- U# N$ }"I am going to send it back". 2 @# J# v% a5 |: w1 Y, m* W- k
I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:9 d% V+ {2 s; m" M1 q, K* ]8 H
"I am sorry, what are you sending back?"

"Yes, I did."

He took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet. 9 u, q, }0 m/ Z1 b+ h8 l& H: V" ?1 k

He took out his wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside. * Y4 j% ]( U1 F: J+ j! i4 O
I gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:

"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:% D( D/ n; s4 m' k8 J
"I do not have an address."

My heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it. 2 H! O5 k, N, Z' G
He did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity. $ t0 X, F8 s, T
