主要工作职责：

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
0 H+ S$ j2 [. R0 C/ x6 t, C# K-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
8 J3 u% ]6 b4 u9 i& |( E0 Z-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
  c8 o) q1 ?$ O0 l. f! h% v-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
  z# w/ s& l8 I-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
