主要工作职责：

+ k* r, ^& i  p7 R. t9 x3 R, i
, @9 N6 Q: n2 S9 C-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
+ X- J; }" ?% s& g6 j-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
3 m3 A! A% ]) h2 Y. Q-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
! V+ @: C; G5 q-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
2 |1 ?) W5 t! F2 j8 d' g' Y-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Proficiency in the use of computer programs
