$ P. Q q; E! T( C) A: a8月份，爱城共有1433套住宅售出，比去年下降了2%，比上一个月的下降了5%；独立屋有861套售出，比去年下降了3%；公寓有406套售出，比去年下降了6%。双拼/联排有136套出售，比去年上升了11%。新房上市量比上一个月下降了5%，比去年上升了6%。# g q$ K$ k0 l- C% K @
7 n6 q4 R+ s4 y% Y5 s E+ e“尽管本月为一年之中最活跃的月份之一，我们仍看到了伴随着秋天的到来，上市与销售量的逐渐缩减。这是本地房产市场周期的常规现象。” Sedgwick说到“尽管公寓的销售量所受的影响最大，但价格依然保持稳定，这得益于部分单元超过$750,000的售价，使公寓的平均价格仍然上升了近3%” 。
