Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
7 q' ^5 ?/ k3 m* f! K6 J• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
& v l7 Z1 T& B• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.9 ^0 ]; n+ I9 v' ]7 [) N
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.+ j% f5 I/ w! I) H% Z5 C
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
* I1 @% d. A" Q. \+ N• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
. h9 H @- K( m" I: [• Perform route inspections as required.5 L$ _# y% a: q1 d& S
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).3 N$ U+ u1 e: h5 a% I4 z
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.- [: k6 D: p& C! W+ {6 W# c
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

% x# ?$ Y0 o0 P+ g• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
+ y2 S, M: _& L+ m% O• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred. x6 W* {6 D! s9 R7 _" G
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

" k3 I+ [" `% |' m! Y9 G! A• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
+ }. |; t9 I/ t; e K. B! N: Q• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
