• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.0 K: h- W& z, g5 a* R

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.( ^( K& p: ~+ f% ]
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.. a% \# T5 A. q) X$ A! m) m
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
& s6 l7 E6 r9 _/ \9 D# ^) h• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.) k' H0 x# K* _5 G9 |5 y
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.8 h4 L9 ~8 Y0 ~. p- c! G4 x1 v
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.) B% k8 F, {. l, V. w# \
• Perform route inspections as required.7 G4 y, j' N0 Z3 i( G- y
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
! J+ M+ F! R, _9 H: Y3 P' p• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.' B) S/ a7 W$ ~9 c' ?. a
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.4 g6 e# N% U8 i+ ]7 z$ z
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.' L2 f0 e5 B9 G- |7 U- a- {2 w

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset3 s0 R: ~5 E6 L. ?& z
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
9 \6 d. _( c ]! m• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
