• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.' a) x. H8 y$ T1 j0 j
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.

• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.1 r% s& T4 x8 n6 }5 b
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.9 Y, D+ q3 c, a5 c0 E l
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.+ l4 o2 n0 x" m0 g% z1 C

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
# M8 |9 F' @6 a% _6 W0 o• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred2 ]. d( F5 b0 t* q# O; F
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)% M" Z/ H1 |4 V
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills: U: `( c9 }9 o0 s# e8 i2 m5 o# t
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
