# g2 K2 [" L4 V4 A, I- }2 n: x) E Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
 Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
" @! Q9 H  o/ p$ d0 Y) U; _ Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
* E0 V8 m8 u5 j# x* `+ x Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
% l' ?% C/ z1 }0 p Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
% z: o9 E, J1 Z, O, J Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
 Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices

 Follow all operational policies and procedures
 Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

. R# K0 W$ [, }& e7 x  \, a" l Previous experience in a service environment preferred

 Ability to work as part of a team

Physical requirements
! Z' d8 T( s# X( S9 K, u" ?& { Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
 Occasional pushing, pulling, light lifting
