Professionally qualified B.Sc. engineer or equivalent with minimum of 15 years’ experience, out of which 6 years’ experience as a Geotechnical Engineer in major road construction.

E7 Material Specialist

E16 Senior Quantity Surveyor
B.Sc. or equivalent quantity surveyor with minimum of 12 years in highway projects in claim assessment, assessment of extension of time, measurement and preparation of payment certificates for major road works contract, out of which 6 years in administration of contracts under FIDIC condition.

QA/QC质量工程师 (代码：E22)
E22 Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager

L" v- r3 FProfessionally qualified B.Sc. or equivalent with minimum of 12 years experience in highway design and construction, out of which 10 years experience in a tropical climate as a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager / Engineer in establishment and monitoring of the site based construction materials quality control and testing facilities, testing regimes and reporting system.
