Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

% f3 @: j! G; S* w5 e3 h: nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ E3 z; l( `" U& M· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.% B* y6 P( |$ s
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
2 y. D& d' c# G1 W· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
( P. F# c# u8 s' J· Manages report database.
5 Y w9 b( C9 W; ]" a) x0 {' q· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:6 C9 @' L" r* _9 O( `$ p: E" a
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.; R# c$ E2 R) n5 {% {8 \. w7 M* K
& y; {5 c7 H# E& x- S, V) v! M8 ACertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
