Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
& \: V: b" t; }5 x# ]' @; [0 N( s· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission./ N/ z1 L5 ?- M# |6 W3 {, l% R
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.; h" S- A( O( B4 I* c% P/ E
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.8 [9 h( @' M9 y/ A& W# t
· Manages report database.
3 I5 y ~$ H5 R· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.6 @0 m$ ?" z' z- k; @4 u* _' z
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
' M# O$ p/ n% g3 |2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.( o2 n& W K) y9 M9 a5 t7 @# T
4 u4 `6 K4 @0 F: bCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

" m4 D& b x+ yExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
