& j* I+ G3 ^* T) K: ]: l8 H; U, HProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.& P( Z0 a. f' |9 `2 i+ `% a4 |

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.; b. U. G7 D6 I$ @1 H$ @' I
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.& V7 r2 X* h8 a/ o: n
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

# u X' |; A. ]* U$ x3 p ?· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
/ t. Q3 I; U: l# L8 E· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.4 y+ A, K9 l7 K! g$ O1 P- z
$ i# K) }9 e( R0 @" k. JCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
