No one was injured after a brush fire tore through a section of Edmonton's river valley on Friday night.
/ X& w9 [/ a" L1 q% h+ vThe fire started around 11 p.m. near the Wolf Willow and Rio Terrace neighbourhoods in the west end of the city.
# I% V9 L7 v/ A* D- ^+ wEdmonton Fire Rescue spokeswoman Sarah Meffen said 17 fire trucks were called to fight the fire. It was declared under control at 1:20 a.m., and was officially out at 3:20 a.m.$ Y& L( L3 P) I# x1 T4 c
