阿省卡尔加里房价持续下跌小地方更惨不忍睹

今年二月份，加拿大卡尔加里的房地产市场依旧不景气，房屋转售价格连续第五个月持续下滑。

卡尔加里房产局周二发布报告称，与去年同期相比，上个月的房屋转售价格下跌7%，比去年的长期平均值降低了37%。房屋出售的基准价格也下降到了445,000元，比去年同期降低了3.5%。

房产局的首席经济学家Ann-Marie Lurie表示，考虑到当前的经济环境，我们就不会对房产市场的萧条感到奇怪，因为当前的经济环境确实会对房产需求量造成一定的影响。在过去的八个月里，卡尔加里的失业人数大幅度增长，失业率达到了7.4%。

按照当前的而形式，Lurie表示，卡尔加里的房产市场将会持续低迷。

虽然目前，新建房屋的数量有所下降，但现有房屋的数量仍旧供过于求，这对于开发商来讲无疑是雪上加霜的消息，但对于消费者来讲却算得上是好消息了吧!

尽管卡尔加里房价跌幅达到7%，但比起其它阿省小城市却是小巫见大巫。在阿省石油城Fort McMurray ，到去年12月份房价下跌了20%，今年开年又进一步下跌10%。

去卡城看了一下，房价根本还是高高的，不过可能是有价无市吧。反正看到的价格都不低，不像人们传说中的那么有吸引力。

三年河东，三年河西。时代不同了，社会节奏加快，现在到河东就不用三十年，而只用三年--真是三十年太久，只争朝夕！

Edmonton house price already low enough, in last 6 years house no change, that mean the price already drop , house price should go up 2 to 3 percent every year, also compare the price to other city, here is cheap, don't wait too long the price will go up, next year lots work for the power station upgrading.

Fort MC house price drop not only cause by oil price, it also because lots company start to fly them employee in and out so they don't need living in there, they move to Edmonton and Calgary

Next year also had red water refinery, suncor forthill, all the power station upgrading to natural gas in next 5 years, regular shut for all them, lrt new constraction
