• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.8 Q; u, v) u2 X3 q; }0 d( ?; E
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.& J, E& x8 U( H2 x
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible$ \5 Z5 e- q' a
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

* \. t& n d8 Q: q. p, H• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
1 b6 Y4 b! p: i7 H• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
4 Y4 Y. o7 D* x• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
0 v% o. k6 N. ~# v$ _% c, T. ^/ T• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
