/ N! ^( A; i- k: ~/ K' s4 |( `• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.# R0 X; L' S9 [( ~9 K' P$ `7 E
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
% r2 q: }% U: W( {• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible J4 ?% d" m$ H: t7 u! _# H
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required./ {' s$ \5 n: j2 T& N

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role8 B! C: I* k5 V. P0 S
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study% @8 }2 L0 i+ J* h
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills9 C* T) a5 |1 G$ r3 }9 T$ Q6 B: U
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers9 H( }& ]+ s7 r4 [9 W' @( g
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)" _9 Z- k0 ?# M% f3 L" q1 y w. {
