• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
% I9 ]4 F5 L6 c& i" _! L3 f( j+ M• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.- Y7 N$ K+ l5 x
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

5 [4 T" t8 }% q. J! u• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role) g# w; P9 s+ X
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study) _- S( f6 b* W+ K8 Y# B
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
7 _% ~+ Q# M3 t. C8 L; b8 b• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
. j4 g; g; J3 Z! n• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
