When an employer terminates employment

An employer must give an employee whose employment is being terminated written termination
! J8 V/ R# P$ P ]; _notice of at least:* l/ f7 C1 M7 J6 g7 L
7 V1 Q n& _- h, q) N• one week for employment of more than 3 months, but less than 2 years;2 Y, h. ~3 a: F/ H. v; G" R( c
• two weeks for employment of 2 years or more, but less than 4 years;: U6 X9 }. g# y/ N7 ^2 ^/ ~
• four weeks for employment of 4 years or more, but less than 6 years;
