; O8 `! x' y! jTo my understanding, ANYONE came to Canada as a "VISITOR" is not a resident at all, your temporary visit visa indicated your PRIMARY resident is not here even you have lived here for 12 month.

Saying "who who who from the edmontonchia said I don't need one" is not good enough, showing the email from ESRD will be more effective.
