- Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
0 `' I3 A, Q! O u( a8 D8 u1 C( _- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.& |9 T" g3 D7 p8 ? Z: s) l
- Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.- K/ B# D$ L. F! W2 {
- Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
. ^0 W0 Z5 ?5 B) i8 Y; m- Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.

Requirements:
4 I7 N& v8 I4 D- T, }- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- x; v" s, N& L- O# g7 o- Strong verbal English.8 r3 O. H& {3 Q/ e
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
+ F7 T% a/ L/ G( \- Good organization, communication and time management skills.+ @+ c0 a { [' U
- Must have a vehicle to drive to work.* u! Q( C2 l; B0 f1 G
- Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.# P* g5 k4 B6 K0 P+ c! S, i
