CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

% f$ o) p- h1 b: ?9 M-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.  
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

8 ~3 u3 a% L4 N9 J-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
" Y6 B. y9 h8 I6 b3 |-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
