1. Incline bench press;

4 e+ ]9 M% @% W6 y) p$ E3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.
