Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
3 X& W& e8 \. `# |2 K% n, ]Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
/ ?, m, D8 f$ r" RStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
: a1 `* t& s2 u3 x# _6 QAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
# w8 u7 E3 ~! J! P: pPrevious banking experience would be an asset
1 j3 N; X, _$ ~" ?Please note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.
