Pay rate: $19.30/HR

Working in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
, u' ~# S. d* i- I- e# E3 e7 ^Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
Knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
: G4 C# `  A3 `* e( f: VStrong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
) X0 r4 i. p; i! h& MAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
3 ^2 W- o  \) f6 a( p8 |Possess excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
9 w, c" L5 k3 t5 a6 m. mPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.

0 L# [+ U2 O6 bKnowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

2 A" }4 x; n2 a6 q8 pWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
