Our client is a leading bank in Canada.

4 \) N; L% q: ~% s+ f. u0 mWorking in an administrative capacity completing a combination of tasks
Updating securities, Follow up letters to Solicitors, Faxes, Package preparation, Web system updates, Investigations, Reports. Telephone contact is often required
0 t: |1 g: a# `6 E! ~, z3 }$ t0 yKnowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending an asset
Strong oral and written communications skills coupled with excellent customer service skills are essential
5 V7 C. y4 k% FAccuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role
% @$ K$ a! D5 p4 QPossess excellent time-management and organizational skills
  ~3 H, O4 P; d: VAbility to multi-task, flexible in task assignment
Previous banking experience would be an asset
2 H, B7 F* c  s0 h; KPlease note, as our busiest time of year is in June, we are unable to offer time off from June 15th to June 26th.

Data Entry Experience 2 Yrs.
Administrative experience 2 yrs
Knowledge in Real estate would be an asset.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 6:00PM Rotating Shifts w/ potential for Saturday training
