Ratio: 44% (64%, 55%, 45%): M5 {  c% \& ]6 C
# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371)4 G6 c; A+ Z4 b
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)
5 c6 N0 n1 ^6 K3 o. [8 kNet loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147). j- D& L& C! d( r. g) R+ j; a
Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)
  M' V9 m/ A% D) FActive condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)/ Z" [" T4 F) ^$ i- o2 Q
Homes 4-week running average: $436k ($440k, $441k, $426k)
6 s( f4 n; X0 \( t2 MCondos 4-week running average: $245k ($254k, $253k, $250k)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
