  m% }0 K7 E6 n/ D' [# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371): e- A9 y- q! L$ u" M# J5 b
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)1 _# K' C; T" N8 Z& t& N" h
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
- I+ q/ Y1 U% _. Y4 l$ j1 S4 {Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)
