The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments2 o) ^7 b1 ~8 O" x! V8 \
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies4 v2 W( p o- h2 k h0 y3 A) ~/ D+ j
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
9 d, J4 d3 ^1 C5 F- J6 YManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
* ]4 T- P# j9 }$ w( ?5 u5 n: AOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
; i E/ w, k2 S, M8 z$ N$ P8 N9 X- fEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
! [5 A4 ]9 H5 ~& R2 ?1 TConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
! W; t5 {& \ L$ N. vConduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
