We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities+ h3 V) h+ i* Y; C2 u% P

9 K' _7 |1 U0 P1 E/ WCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments; ]0 q: y, P/ Z: b* g8 |# ^
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies8 ^& P, X) R$ r3 r2 U0 N% A
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
1 \8 X# F( W: `  I% F' gManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
$ N5 i& }, u, GOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
7 |+ u* w; L7 J( d; @Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
( f; C) s  q4 nConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
1 P) q0 D: s5 c* kConduct all work within established time standards;
/ j7 k% a6 w9 `3 T; yEssential Knowledge and Skills; z5 D  @9 U, [/ S; ~

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
3 z# e2 E& M! ^# WAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;/ n6 m) w" h+ ~8 z, R( k) C6 K
Time management skills are critical;
* e  a0 [+ Z8 ^Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;( n% w; Q4 s6 x. ~
Attention to detail and accuracy;
) E0 I1 r( l; g# G6 z; X5 eStrong organizational and computer skills;1 k; M4 [3 L& ^% l  @
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;1 M8 U  r. I" S( n+ n
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
# u6 i. s  ]! V7 n3 |. VAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;; S) W1 U- h0 {
Ability to work with minimal supervision;
% i7 A# {' U) c+ O3 lSelf-directed and highly motivated; and$ e- f& |# A4 V6 {  B
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
