# Q" M! v3 k8 v9 ?5 h' B% NWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities1 q4 L4 G$ z/ N+ q6 n3 n0 w

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
' e: u$ [3 W( [, r+ k$ QWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies' ]1 A/ e! z- h& p
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
/ K+ \" D' X3 O5 I* f: B. B6 m+ ~* x/ ~Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
4 ]0 A0 B9 D5 W; [Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
$ h  V, n: n" `: v& y& i+ G7 a6 xEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
  g6 a5 I0 M$ o# ~+ MConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
* E1 ~2 P4 `; @Conduct all work within established time standards;
" ~. D/ X4 L  l0 A$ IEssential Knowledge and Skills
; x) @' Y( N# x: m8 y7 j
7 Q* T+ P& ^; s  g
* @+ u. c$ J& X& B7 vExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
" s, N# F0 W) G3 \Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
2 x( D* Y, A1 y! VTime management skills are critical;& g" u/ d  _: _( [
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;- Z: \0 F( B. t+ p
Attention to detail and accuracy;& o# l; j! L& {4 {2 V
Strong organizational and computer skills;8 k, i* u( m+ x5 D6 R3 F5 }' z- c
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
4 u5 S! ~( p+ ?5 S! K* q' AComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;/ U" e1 N. v6 Q1 v6 {! T4 a, i
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;. a2 Q' j$ r& D9 ]+ E8 c0 q
Ability to work with minimal supervision;
% ]+ m( w' J# ^) V: FSelf-directed and highly motivated; and
# ]# V6 M# f" O5 X9 iAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.; \" D- C4 q& ?! p" O6 e
