We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.6 h+ j4 p5 b; F) i& V! J. s1 g/ E

$ v1 i6 S; ^0 oPrimary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments: i( {7 f+ S! _( r; X2 y% c' h+ |2 y& s$ T
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies8 D3 g4 H. u2 k  P
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
- I2 R9 R- w' e+ k- kManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;' o  Z- X0 _& x
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
- \# N* E# x; n" ~2 N# @, JEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;* m0 F6 T5 U( b% e5 r
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.# b! ?8 q: x# H/ W+ l1 d  @
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;# r4 n4 ]" T$ F. ?
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;7 I3 K) U, {2 M- G1 ^; ?1 ~
Time management skills are critical;- `# M4 o( r2 c6 J) B/ e% ]
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
: D- N* C2 f8 M8 C7 s3 U3 O2 rAttention to detail and accuracy;, o+ g) E8 a+ E( P
Strong organizational and computer skills;
3 l  i% m$ _) F: v  U+ s& Z! m# d0 QExcellent verbal and written communication skills;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
