* h# V' T3 R' Z% `4 `( t7 j         Developing, planning, and implementing projects by coordinating in-depth with our clients and internal staff

1 n6 y6 t* E+ g* e1 U& m1.        Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner
2.        Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
8 C' d' `4 r# Y, K* H7 R  t8 G( `3.        Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems
4.        Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
8 G' P4 Y/ \- L% J/ g( [% N  g5.        Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
6.        Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents
7.        Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff

Qualifications
, J1 y; q' S0 x1.        Caring, enthusiastic, and professional
. ^. G! z1 x; G, i2.        University degree or college diploma
3.        A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
4.        Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
5.        Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
8 E) \2 q  V2 ~% n) L9 z6.        Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
7.        Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
( N4 F& |7 J* b$ i* K  T8.        Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
0 \: g" Y6 _2 k- d' X9.        Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset
0 K4 x" J% N8 [3 L7 l- j10.        Salary will be commensurate with experience
