CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time office clerk to join our team.

-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
0 I% y) s- S" e$ ?-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
' A4 C* l2 i" f) A6 k) }-        Provide friendly and professional services.

Requirements:
0 x' t7 Z! P* D-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
. P, c- O) l* B! G8 f" O+ ~-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
, H8 G& ^  T4 a8 ~6 X9 @6 m-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
