Builders started construction on 468 new single detached homes last month, a 34 per cent increase from August 2013.2 h7 r. R1 h1 p/ _ s/ ^ d' j

“Right now we're running flat out, we’re building as much as we can,” said Rob Busby, construction manager for Landmark Homes.
