1 C7 o! S$ t9 ?- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
: T0 i; T! Z" {; y: E4 _- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
. h7 K/ ^' o% k$ F# K- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
" g2 s7 j8 B: N" y3 @+ h: q5 I- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

+ g/ ]. ~5 i; q" yQualifications:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
& G: `& |4 h9 G% I3 i5 Z- O- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
3 t. i6 B) Q- C1 a% K- Ability to use computers
& k, e2 b# [# q( s7 T- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
