! B3 [4 J0 f" x, Z0 I! Q/ PDuties & Responsibilities:

; x% X  a  @3 ~. ?- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
* @' _5 a  d" J$ `/ ]" n2 ]# R9 k0 \( W- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
. R4 [5 ^; k$ u) d- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Qualifications:
. z0 w! K: [) u3 l  @$ S
! S/ T7 {8 j' _- h- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
+ X1 ^6 k0 M/ n/ ]  q6 z8 D- Ability to use computers
, }* c! G9 d7 E- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
