$ T; I6 m# s/ u: ^3 d
9 }* n. M+ V- p6 q. K0 {- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- C/ y# s; ]8 h4 H7 a. a- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
( y- L8 ~! }' @9 i) z9 k- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
% t, u- c2 O9 N1 n% C& a* A* U+ L, @- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

" ]1 I6 A5 e  T: {+ q4 w6 H0 K
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
1 q5 i2 G) \9 w( B5 ~' q1 u; J- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
