土豆沙拉。
土豆煮熟，去皮，切丁（也可以压成泥）。生鸡蛋去蛋青，

用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮
