Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

$ r3 U# T2 u3 R% l5 i* \ We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

. Z  A" C0 @/ O+ |. J% [Responsibilities will include:
5 y0 i6 Y0 |3 |, k. ^- x- r•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
1 h7 K/ R6 n" r- N•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
5 N' i: G& R9 p7 K+ L: ^•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
6 Y5 Y9 H6 H8 J, Z  K& e3 F•Keep work area clean.
$ P, d0 X& m% j, M' H, y•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

Primary Qualifications Required:
$ H* Z  ~: k* Y3 I5 _•Basic English communication skills
•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools
•Good eye sight.
•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
•Ability to work under constant pressure
- }) [8 W2 B$ K/ L•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team
•Must be a good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Status of position:

A shift:  Monday to Friday (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)

•Check Units to pass Quality Expectation
•Fill sealed units with Aragon
•Patch units

•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines
