Hi! My name is IELTS Ninja. As a private tutor, I have taught IELTS and SAT since 2011. Just graduated from UofA this summer and currently full-time employed by a company I love, in my spare time, I want to help you to pass the IELTS test, achieve the desired score, and advance your career. 第二句话 应该加上主语 I just graduated from...

既然选择了用 help sb. to do 的形式 应该保持一致。help you to pass, to achieve, and to advance (advance your career 这个用法貌似没听说过)
if 后面多用虚拟语气 etc. If I were you....blablabla
所以这里应该用：if you could not achieve the score that we had an agreement on, it will be free of charge. 后面那句话就不用写了 已经free of charge 了。而且一句话里一会用would 一会用will...
