I have been looking into Windermere.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.4 ]$ t$ w2 R2 _. s2 J4 E# b
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.# \/ r3 t( l1 E4 A
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.% Q( l0 W" {/ E! a* {' n4 j

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?
]3 Z" z6 R: V0 wThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.( A" H5 ]' e3 z" ?7 \
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
