I have been looking into Windermere.* `) ^7 u5 n# ?: {
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.& D5 \$ q; }& i y0 O$ ~2 s; y
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue. \/ } Z! y7 G( m. {8 ~
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.4 z4 G9 M& ]6 Z: f# {
