I have been looking into Windermere.9 ~- l1 m/ V0 t7 f1 M/ x
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area., W: v6 U& n5 H
. \- f8 e# h! V# Q* C4 S$ y
As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.& R5 J. W8 ^- ~8 w/ S- }
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
7 T3 L7 Z( h4 PThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.! n r8 V. p; @$ n
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.5 ^+ J' K* {& U; [2 j* p7 T

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
