I have been looking into Windermere.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
1 l4 I( E6 I" W1 f8 y, @" KJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.3 s- g5 D7 P) |/ ~' [0 m& s* u
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
