We are looking for a Manager of First Impressions for the position of Reception/Listing Co-ordinator for a busy Real Estate Office. Fluent in English and Mandarin.


• Able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency    and confidentiality

* o8 z2 M/ r- D: W% W) Y• Strong knowledge of Microsoft outlook, work & excel
• Experience with Windows 8

Some of the Duties to manage:

• Document management and distribution for agents, including couriers

, r: f! p( y- ~4 c: O" u9 I• Maintain office Inventory and equipment
