留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
9 [( `* V4 }! N请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
& D4 k( H! _+ V/ X; V, |$ l7 A# x7 V5 J3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
" U7 @, u# y. `/ \/ w2 OCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

! L8 Q* J9 p! `# ?you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
4 V/ l1 _, D. l  }6 k7 o. s; ^5 b; Byou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
: K2 {: c9 m1 C0 s( U+ r* f0 i; h5 Jyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
