留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

- J6 U& y/ x, ^: G3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
6 H8 `. t- K9 k& H7 [: ~. T3 nCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:
0 }* J+ E& j( V& i& N: y
, l9 F/ @$ d. R  ?3 Ryou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
) A2 H  Y/ Z, W$ z5 i& G& ~* ^you must be a resident of Canada; and
3 z/ v6 ~# h5 ~8 Byou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
