This option is automatically included for all applicants up to age 59, and can be purchased for ages 60 to 85 (provided the applicant is eligible). “Stable Chronic Condition” means: a condition which is under treatment and which has been controlled by consistent use of medication prescribed by a “physician”; and " j- S2 s$ t# Z h) I• there have been no new symptoms or change in symptoms; and/or# ~ ~& {. L# E
