Required immediately:
/ s7 ?9 L* V" [: s0 B3 _2 T2 NAccounting Technician.  Experience and posted secondary education required.

Duties include:


•        compute charges
•        knowledge of Simply Accounting software is required
7 k) _# g, V+ ?•        prepare invoices and reports
•        take telephone calls
5 A8 j! }  \+ d3 G% W1 b$ ?•        make up cheques
) S0 G& g  U1 B•        make bank deposits and reconcile records of bank transactions
•        perform computer data entry and analysis functions
, H2 L3 h+ K: C4 `; a•        assist with or maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records, ledgers and journals
•        assist with or perform payroll calculations
+ O6 E) I4 t" T9 p4 R3 P•        analyze and record business transactions and period end adjustments
0 q7 U! O% A- _2 H) ^2 F6 |•        prepare basic financial statements
•        compute and record depreciation for book and tax purposes
•        perform other clerical duties.
