The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
; C' i  U; m" O( ^* l' Y3 d6 @3. Blue color: price change each month.

2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
; n" @! K  r; O6 T1 X6 [the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
8 g9 M* Z7 |, y2 k. I; a3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
