1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;

3. Blue color: price change each month.

still support the further price increases.
2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
% f& s% U% V6 `) R( A& @! ethe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
: l; {* Q7 R: I! b3 O3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
