1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical

2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
6 j4 h2 ]3 {' rthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
# L# h' @# }, S7 [" D3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
