Position Overview
9 w' [2 ~6 y2 H9 \% J# |• Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs. 2 N. e; K+ h5 j& j/ y5 B
• Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing. 9 H$ S3 G" F& M9 u$ G7 E
• Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas. # U3 d3 X) w" W# P* p+ z
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information. 1 N- H; o5 p# N9 {6 l

Job Requirements * F" M% i u1 c( l) G
• Retail customer service experience. 1 H6 H1 b2 Z+ k9 K
• Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
1 Q; E+ h' R# |% j" v8 |• Excellent communication skills in English
/ d3 l2 S8 ]7 ], F• Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
