  l5 g! d+ b) O; ?0 i  ^, V•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
) s$ J. Y" h  S& ?- Q' j, \: L5 P•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
& z" A$ h! I( ~4 N•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

. b0 p8 j9 ^) K" o! }) B# h6 IJob Requirements
8 v2 s; U/ s0 D" Y2 ^5 i+ L•        Retail customer service experience.
) v! s) i& X7 c$ K0 A5 f7 d  ]9 V- ^•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
+ Z% H, I& p% v2 f8 x# ?. D•        Excellent communication skills in English
