我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

* V* V- H, ~9 R$ O' T2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
% U/ F# e- k3 Z; B* x% q4 ~3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
