4 X7 H0 Q1 r- m/ z• Support capital projects and network build activity with coordination, installation, and commissioning duties • Respond to corrective network problems, performing effective/efficient problem analysis, rapid troubleshooting diagnosis and prompt repair of equipment to ensure service restoral objectives are met.8 U0 w6 `. k- E, y

• Plan for and implement preventive maintenance routines to ensure network standards of performance are met.& M9 c2 q j8 q7 B$ x

• Maintain "up-to-date" site documentation as outlined by the EWO initiative.& G1 x- J) S E9 d, @ R

• Microwave and Transmission experience (e.g. DS1, DS2 ,DS3, OC3, OC12, IP) • Gain in depth knowledge of key quality service indicators in geographic area of responsibility.. A: u, g/ r" ~3 F1 K* v
. N1 u7 W' {+ w9 j• Optical Fiber, SONET and knowledge of TCP/IP • Participate in retune activities associated with network optimization and build activities.

• Maintain inventory of required parts and perform regular audits to ensure availability of parts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of telecommunications experience.

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronics from a technical institute.3 r9 i8 x) G0 A6 L: g2 K6 ]! |

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
