attending both Orientation and MUGs, you will receive a great deal of

look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth

$ { A; Z) W9 e$ yBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening - H5 D" X; O, E4 B ?% |2 v
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
$ Z9 G, {4 y- W2 ^a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday Y5 q$ s3 q* s) H5 Y
evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in ; q! p6 z$ g1 t
Hawrelak Park.

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on * j+ m9 j; |/ x# ^0 v9 w+ P' `
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,
1 U- q- Q+ |; O! {0 K: Kand then continue to meet with for the entire year.( v0 o! e. ^& F8 a
# U3 x G8 p z* E, uBoth MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
T( V" H3 ]" a4 i6 H( nto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
& I$ K7 {+ |0 g+ l2 O/ Qyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your ( A; d/ U- ]2 [: [+ }% v
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process " e5 ^! e4 G. E' g
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece * }( H- Q4 L4 u( N4 V) v, x, m
of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
& _) C8 P0 _ r# G! f$ E3 AComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic - T0 \' [$ k7 v* k6 X1 g/ }( Y
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and 9 Q: G; `% ~% G
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
' w# w7 I2 _* W1 B6 Atwo days of Orientation).& [) U& a# X v7 y
