2 ]& @+ c3 ^: c# ]- k1 ?2 ITo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:
! b. F6 g$ O+ G) F5 C2 x( ~
  r% T9 G5 E" X4 ]5 Z4 u5 x7 K    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
3 y+ q. {# ?/ e    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
5 s) K8 e, [* t    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
" Y$ D: _$ j9 i' w7 l; D    Actively participate in training initiatives
    Participate in community marketing initiatives

' s, K9 E0 `) T- QThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
7 i, z8 N7 ?% C2 D4 f5 s" @    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
