Key Responsibilities:

0 t: k3 w% L! D; t2 g• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
/ g9 x0 ]' z8 C; i ^
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
# T# X: ~$ |8 T# X; k& Y
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.0 C. S7 s/ A; k& i

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.9 }6 b) R! z+ J8 z7 r

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.9 U, e3 {& |6 A" E

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

& |4 o4 d& w# S+ N, C5 ^& h6 v5 q• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

# F; Y. j& y& ]' ^& ^! y• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

( U. u0 c3 |6 ]2 q. l• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
) \8 Y8 I( _' Y( M7 n) s
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

& p/ O9 E, }" f/ g& t0 |4 m• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
% Q) @. v9 _3 u, l
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

5 N$ Y- E# L2 j" b [# u. { H1 A• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
