• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
* _* |# J) }& s' C# R$ K
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

( H# j7 p, q0 C- v• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.
+ t6 o( ~+ H# a$ V% ~4 q
• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.; n4 m, V9 d8 }/ g5 J) ]

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

Job Qualifications( m& d& t" s# S, B
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

$ u7 h1 j: @% C$ S2 I• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

" a' ?4 Q8 H8 R! s• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
, {/ ^0 x1 _/ o- H9 u$ c
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
