请教：门前树下的一圈石子怎么铺？

去年才买的房，今年门前树下的那一圈石子上已经有很多草长了出来。
; f3 V0 Z. D/ H4 l7 q7 q我想要把石子重新铺一下，不知道需要注意些什么呢？

是不是这些步骤？
$ L4 I/ r, M& f- X0 M把石子移走
把下面的landscaping fabric移走
皮圈里面的草拔掉
(需不需要在剩下的土上喷一下除草剂呀？会不会连树一起给灭了呢？)
铺新的landscaping fabric
! M; r: P# ~9 t0 n& S1 [2 r再把石子铺回去
2 V' K+ ]! X$ i0 b: P- g5 R
还有就是这项工程英文叫什么？我也好去youtube搜搜看有没有教程。

底下铺一些碎木头或树皮，草就不长了。上面在放上石子。
