新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
( e+ D) d' f' }0 w' M) W/ w# }成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
* h  N% N  \7 E7 t, Z# _, |1 `我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
8 Q! L- X5 |- ~1 L  @* r* B变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
! y8 D8 v& Y8 h1 j# }9 D$ f求指导
