新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
+ C- f' ?* f2 d( |成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
& V1 T+ v3 V% b( P但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
7 E6 O0 q8 N$ x- g9 j变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
5 q, y; L! J  n6 I2 U, {+ b' X- n而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
! q0 a3 Q4 U" e& C7 z1 ?* n求指导
