CAD Checker & Steel Detailer

Duties & Requirements:
2 ~( b1 z# R8 j! r) R
0 z, V( S% Q1 `•Responsible for the review of steel erection diagrams & shop drawings.
( d% P) S4 N% y3 \, O•Able to work with team of Steel Detailers, (drafting, design and checking), to ensure quality products are manufactured in a timely manner, and to meet client needs.% s" Z3 M! Z' }! B# H! `
•Steel Detailing Checking is preferred.
) R" J. y# R. \$ V•Five years of Steel Detailer experience and have a strong knowledge of Structural, Architectural and Mechanical documents, (including welding symbols and procedures)
8 t: l% x% K2 v; b( p0 _•Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and general knowledge of Microsoft products.3 K% W# I/ T9 ], o' G
•Able to work effectively, with others and have strong time-management skills within a fast paced shop environment.
