Responsibilities
! x& r( s' q7 i7 s" O- ?' t# x+ U" d•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages4 ~% {) B6 ?: d- ~
•Review all aspects of the RFP documents
, s' \: K; e9 z, D7 J•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages
# c3 e1 y3 n8 W8 W0 Y•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
; Q% j% o. G3 l1 j4 x8 B•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing5 K8 C' L/ I, _' j* j) A; P8 R
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships0 R! Z* @7 {! h, J
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle) Q- f/ s+ c5 {9 Z2 K0 J$ h
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator
