•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages

•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing+ B# Y% M4 a7 _( {% J
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships5 d$ a: Q: t( f$ G: k
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle

•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
