To provide an accurate estimate of the full construction cost to perform the field or modular work as required with consideration of all risks and commercial obligations.

Responsibilities! e1 b c+ [( ~+ K7 k: R
•Develope scopes of work for subcontrators and RFP packages
! K7 m7 m: l$ z/ U8 x4 o: s•Review all aspects of the RFP documents4 o: p0 M2 g+ k9 A
•Participate in the kickoff meetings with the project team and progress meeting throughout the bid stages8 S6 O1 N5 t2 f4 [: X) U6 W
•Coordinate with subcontractors to understand the scope of work
# u+ S8 z* h/ ]& k7 Y•Develope a basis of estimate - Lump Sum, Target Price, Unit Rates, Create or modifty templates used in Excel to build pricing4 q6 P' X$ T! ^8 R7 P& `) y9 o, m
•Research work locations for local subcontractors within the area and build relationships3 H1 e4 D6 g0 F7 N; w) P: p
•Support subcontractor technical clarifications during the bid cycle9 \. I! l4 M2 \& ^. u, N# [+ M
•Support subcontractor bid evaluations and make recommendations to the Lead Estimator$ L! u! ]& N- T& H4 o5 o( Q) x
•Liaise with Lead Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Controls to present key elements of the estimate which will influence the development of a bid schedule and project execution plan |
