    Reporting to the Maintenance Manager；

! M1 p% Z/ F+ s1 e! z: M# j) q    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
1 ?$ s* B9 m- F) I7 ]1 P. C    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；

职位介绍：
! e6 R# F. h6 e& M    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
0 k0 S- g" R1 }5 b3 `6 z    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
/ i! c; Z- |; }% p  L$ Q( K8 c' h/ l    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
* v, s" W2 ~+ Z8 K0 j" r    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
0 y5 n8 m3 {$ b$ E* T% M    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
& D9 a* j: z! R- b& i7 |  p    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
' ^4 O9 G( r4 `9 g    Assemble final bid packages；
" ?& W$ o8 M1 G    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
8 |$ Q. l  I. n; A0 f    Field and site experience an asset；
! z0 }! U, R7 @* o2 K3 B" f3 V    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
7 o3 N: ]* f5 I/ F- A9 {' l- D2 f    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
; V/ F. N8 i2 {! \8 w    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
