    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
" h1 k8 R' P/ W    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
. A; y6 b; b  g( f, a" }0 Z+ w7 K! \, ?    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
2 H0 q2 q, @. `% u    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
( }# w; [& ~1 j5 q    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
3 }3 n4 ~9 G  P    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
  l1 {- C' M  H/ Y* A. |3 F    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
* e: }3 a7 g& Y! M" t9 f' o, {    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
: ^! u/ i( j: v- S) t6 J    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
& k- x* A" i+ ^# A; s    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
: }* X, Y: N/ w1 ]& f5 B4 H    Field and site experience an asset；
& i- X/ A; W) t' J6 X    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
$ Z$ |& U5 M3 b9 u7 L    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
' h- n" H* _0 m4 v; ^. |    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
* S5 n4 [* X, ^: V) |. b& u    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
/ ~: c" F* c7 T" K    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
