    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；

+ ]( I2 e% z: i$ m    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

7 V5 n  y% i5 o$ J    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
* P' x( U4 \9 I4 g1 o" \3 a    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
5 s1 Y. Z& C; G+ T- [+ T1 y5 [: s5 @职位介绍：
( S6 N- d* E4 j) e; I% U    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
* P: a* h  i* ^% d+ X4 c  V    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
* K( q' Q1 w6 J- N4 G7 l    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
/ P3 |) t. b. d    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
. O4 d" ?' r* C7 g: U+ K* p    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
    Weekly estimating progress reports；
& X; L0 j# W6 [  m( E    Assemble final bid packages；

职位要求：
: w8 E2 S8 p! g8 I2 z3 C0 _    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
2 ^7 T! \3 ~! q2 ?    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
, L: H3 R9 U; S    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
$ q2 r' P" u  ]    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
. }+ s- W. v, u+ i# v5 p    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
/ T! n( l" ~& a$ E) V    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
' ~4 X: @* Z# M; t0 _     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
