• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues./ N- m( c }9 Q
• Oversee hotel security requirements.
" l$ `; N& U/ U _4 B4 e& e* S• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.

• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.) l: D0 \5 `6 H- r0 Y* g

• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.

• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies

• Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float " f1 O- W$ l9 w- r
• Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property0 A7 Q- C: r% l

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;" T# u/ G& F0 k. a3 y
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
