! ] ^, E0 L) J- W* m• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues. D+ s) l. o9 r* Q2 f7 G
• Oversee hotel security requirements. * u6 L0 n8 q2 Q8 O8 ] ~
• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.* `2 m' c) P1 x, Z ^
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. 2 t% d2 l, t1 u7 [/ R. C
• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel. |0 w6 x( `5 K5 {+ @1 @; C) V
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business. l" j7 [5 o) C2 l) n* d
• To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.9 p! }6 p" s5 j4 l0 T4 r0 `
• Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.) y+ I! m# C; P% @
• Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.

! H! n0 E+ _' B• Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.

• Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.* ^) s: p( m0 T B3 i! `
• Attend Cluster meetings.
+ r7 k6 ?' @0 n• Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.$ z: i' S+ j; T7 F, \9 X9 b
• Handle PMS computer problems in each department
, j q6 v6 o4 C; D. L• Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
! C# g- H1 P# E' y$ G) |4 Z5 A' \• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

1 \ g) [7 R; S7 @ g• Ability to lead and develop;
% t& v. T9 K" W4 {7 g• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;
' J3 x3 O9 h$ x7 w7 g• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
