[问题求助] 请问有朋友自己买面粉蒸包子吗?

想知道一下那种面粉适合蒸包子和馒头,谢谢。

i use the  all purpose flour as well, but looks like no good enough. What brand did you get in Costco?

  c3 e( P) S, N! p; m2 k! `costco只卖10公斤的和20公斤的,10公斤的那个好,白色袋子的。另外superstore的no name的10公斤的也行

3 n+ o9 G8 f7 H; W. X& O, dI use them all the time, at first few trials, it did not give me a good result, now it is getting better and better, it depends on lots of other factors, not only the flour itself, this is my own experience. :)
