Days of work are Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.

Full-time journeyman to maintain and repair an assortment of vehicles with emphasis placed on preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

3 O! |. O0 J) s4 l; VDiagnose problems and perform all types of repairs to a wide variety of speciality vehicles
b: p/ G9 n! d7 t4 GRequisition parts and materials, as required.3 S9 E; u# p2 W9 B
Create and complete work orders, gather fleet information and input data into the computerized management system./ o, M$ ~6 N k6 z" k; O) y
Provide specialized training and guidance to apprentice(s).$ m% u! |; o& c+ F2 Q9 H$ e
Access technical information using Snap-on Shop Key on-line automotive support program and communicate using e-mail.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a valid Journeyman Automotive Mechanic certificate or equivalent recognized by Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training.
* F% @1 w( \ }4 p) A. z+ zApplicants also must have a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence (or provincial equivalent).1 ]5 k2 S' W% K4 b; h) b5 S
Preference will be given to those who have current experience diagnosing and repairing North American and/or foreign vehicles.
